Problem with my characters!! :'(

Well... i played for three month (january, february and march) and stoped playing becouse of the university now im on vacations and i want to play again but when i enter in my account it says NULL, or 14425 hs for delete a character, and is all empty :S my characters r gone.... please tell me what do i have to do to play again and get back my character it was called Ahzoka, i leave a screenshot of she...

On the web when i go to vote reward i can see my characters but when i enter the game i cant... i have to make some update? or something?

 

The NULL thing sounds like you're logging in with the wrong version, have you updated to 2.5?

 

Gamez has recently updated to 2.5. It may be that your not running 2.5 or you need to repair your client
