To GamezAion Management:

As of late, I personally have seen an upsurge in people using hacks that are noticable; for example only being able to target the hacker for 1/2 of a second before it removes that person as a target. Personally, i believe that there should be more availability (regarding GMs) around handling problems and less of standing around promising events, hosting "dye your armor" and the short but sweet Hide and Seek event. I would venture to say that there are plenty of people who have had similar problems, as well as complaints, which I understand can be overwhelming. If you ask a person who spends time in the abyss or in pursuit of AP, i'm pretty sure they will have been killed by at least one person who has been hacking in this way.

In the end I think Gamez needs to start ramping up their Customer Support personel...


TL;DR : Get more GMs to help with 24/7 report investigations ignoring the "help he killed me speed hacking" reports.

The first issued addressed in your post is a known bug, the only solution is to have the person log out; to speed it up type //gmlist and talk to any of those GM's and the person will be dealt with.

There was a problem within the staff and the GM numbers went down, but for a good reason, maybe soon they'll reopen GM application to get the staff once again on 24/7 for problem fixing.

 

This is not a "hack", it is a bug with the game, yes some people take advantage of it and those are the ones that need to be punished, but then there are others that dont know what is happening till they figure out they are swarmed by a tone of people trying to kill them but cant, thats when they should port away and relog to fix it.

Of course we are going to have asshats that DO notice when they have this bug and go on a killing spree, just get their name and pm a gm ASAP in hopes they will force the person to log or get the boot.

agreed, more active GMs needed to police the server, i have seen loads of GM's doing Events, but soon as a exploiter turns up, or we get a speed hacker, getting hold of a GM becomes a nightmare

 

The Un-Target is a exploit, its due of a server bug caused in case the server goes a bit slow or your net. When it loads the models and other things on players and such, it happens that it hangs up and the Target Object is missing due of this. It can be fixed as easily to just relog your character, if that doesn't work. Relog your Client...if that don't work too, Reinstall and that should REALLY do it, most probably.

And the Speed Hackers get it from Elitepvpers, as usual. A huge hack site of really boring idealisms and predictable ones too. When the GM staff will be back, they'll be kicking Hackers and fixing the Exploits if you contact them and report the Players Character Name.

Been a year and a half since I last was a moderator, I miss it.

 

Being an asmo governor in Eltnen really brings out the speed/map hackers. Sadly for them I finally got video rendering down so quality is perfect. Eltnen beware.

 

There's nothing but space for staff... Honestly 1 GM on crystal and we can't take our HGMs for granted. And one GM whose events always cause controversy. Plenty of space for staff IMO and the reason for these issues.

 

Sadly for them, lol you have me around to face roll them while they're being failures trying to catch you

A group of four speed/map hackers from the legion "Empire BR" (BIG SUPRISE CHEATING BRs) found us and tried to take us down. Adieu shot off her 4k DP while I took down the chanter so he couldnt stun lock her for the ranger. The DP skill killed two of the others, and I got the ranger last.

Of course, now that Adieu has taken our video editing to the next level its just that much easier to make reports.
