Character + Graphic Problem

I've started playing like 10 hours ago and i already have some problems with the game O_O
First of all i've played with my character till i teleported to Sanctum and there i tryed to buy some stuff from NPC but when i accidently pressed on re-pursh <-- ( dont remember the full word) i got a DC and than after trying to log in again when i log in and try to press start after selecting my character i get DC everytime i do that !!!

And second i created other char on the same account and I CAN LOG IN THE GAME with that new character but still the Graphic is totally messed up and i have no idea wtf is goin on.
Can someone help with the DC and Graphic Thing ?

Oh, this happens if you have your graphics too high for your comp to handle.

If that doesn't work, try re-installing, or re-logging.

and what about the DC thingy ? O_O

 

I can't answer the dc part x.x Broken quest perhaps?

Edit : Sounds like you got the group/alliance bug though o.e

 

For your dc problem, go here and submit a request. Do not log into that character until server restarts.
