    Tbh, I'd advise you to pm the Senior AMs or above, and wait for a reply, don't keep raging on the thread about nothing being done, or else there is little chance anything will be done :( Just keep it happy, and I'm sure you'll get your things back :)

    i pmed Alente for 3 times already and other 5 gms one said that he is checking it and a week passed since then.. and u expect me to stay happy when the gms dont give a crap about my issue... and dont even bother to replay any message to my pms...

    If you repeatedly pm Alente, no wonder he won't reply. I wouldn't, and I don't if somebody spam's me I just tell them to get lost. Go about it maturely and it'll be fixed quicker. If an AM has said they will look into it, give them time, and realise, that your problem isn't going to make them drop absolutely everything they already have set to do.
