Item Lost

I have had two problens with my character shoes today...First I was lvl 41 and I equiped my grandchief sabatons. Then I logged out... When I logged in again it disapeared, and my old sabatons were there.When I get lvl 55 I put my master noble drenium sabatons +15 full magic resist, Then I put my stigmas skills and logged out.When I logged in again it desapeared and my gradchief sabatons that I have lost, were there again and I lost my master noble drenium...Plz if anyone could help me!

Yes, as was said above, screenshots of before and after would be very helpful.

 

Every time you log-in, you should take screen shots of your important items just in-case anything goes wrong.

 

omg.. its crazy...... every time I enter the game I'll need to take screen shots??
i wanna have fun when I play the game, and not be making boring stufs like take screens shots of all my itens every time I enter...
Gms or adms dont have a kind of game log that they can see what each player took in the inventory??

I have a screeshot here but I dont know how to post it... i click "image" select the screenshot but there's an error... an "!" stay in a red circle and it dont update

I guess the problem is solved.. .I just wish that it dont desapear again!!
