Disconnected from the server!

Hi,my problem is that I can't no longer enter with one of my character ,when I log with it ,it says as first message appearing windowed :''Disconnected from the server''and than I can read on the left of the screen a phrase which says that I can't connect because I've not payed an internet cafè usage charge O_O''?!?
What do I need to do? My stuck place is near Colyseum, my character blocked is called Vancrocken and I've already sent an unstuck msg,but it isn't fixed still.

I am having this problem now as well. I was playing fine, however when I tried to group up with a member from my legion, I was instantly disconnected and upon restarting the client, I automatically get disconnected from the server now with the internet cafe charge usage message. I even rebooted my pc, thinking that would solve the problem, but nope, nothing that I've done has helped.

It's getting absolutely ridiculous right now, and I hope that someone looks into this a.s.a.p. Because I can't get into the game with my main character, her name is obviously on my sig. Please someone look into this or else simply restarting the server would do wonders already.

Edit: I found out that if you log onto a different toon on the same account and once your in-game, go back to the toon selection screen and pick the one with the group bug, that you'll be able to bypass this stupid dc bug. I don't know if it'll work for everyone, but it worked for me. Not a full solution but a temporary one at least until they do a server restart.
