My Account is Gone?

    Hi,
    I was wondering why my account is gone?
    I sent you guys an email with which account is gone. support@gamezaion.com
    I'm a donor and I was busy and when i came back I had to re create my account.
    I logged into it a month or 2 ago but then this month i had to re create the account and start all over.
    I payed for premium and payed for a lot of stuff on that account so can you guys look into it for me and get my account back? thanks for any help!

    if your account no longer exists then it got deleted from the database and most likely cannot be returned
    you can try contacting others staff member's via message but there is a very slim chance of having your account returned

    Okay, I made a copy of the list of stuff and characters awhile ago so I have that info if it helps. It was copied off the site when i was on a couple of months ago. Thanks!

    I think accounts that are not logged in for two or three months are automatically deleted? correct me if I'm wrong because I just read it in the older updates

    Oh I see, because I saw that patch log I guess last April? That they will be automatically deleting inactive accounts, and I don't know if its 2 months or 7

    same by me, was a long time off and the account where my ranger was got deleted and i donated over 100 euro-.-
