    hi,

    i need to ask about this skill...
    Summoning Alacrity I - Aion Skill - aiondatabase.com

    it has been weeks since i played my SM and i tried to play it tonight, but i notice something about that certain skill.
    last time i checked, that skill makes my summoning instant *meaning, i can summon spirits in an instant*

    but tonight i doesnt work the same as before.
    was this part of the recent update? or is it bug at the moment?

    Its not instant maybe it has something to do with the mage casting cap at 70%.

    oddly tho, the cast time with it and with out it are the same :)

    It's not supposed to be affected by cast-time cap. Right now it is. Send a pm to evilset to fix it.
