Can't get into charater screen!

Hey GM i loged in and it won't let me go into charater screen. It just stuck at the server screen and it will not load the charater screen. I just updated to 19.0.3 latest version and it still won't let me go into gamez. I got stuck during raid at the abyss west section and it keep saying that I'm aready loged in. Maybe my charater is stuck or something. Can you check it out? Charater name Dragonkiller. Thx.

 

the server is crushed and need to reboot thatu cannot log in i have that problem 2
