i donated on monday n one can resolve this,now superrewards apeear onthe website again and cant check my investigation,and wut can i do plz!!!!! i send a mail to admin@shalalala so dont tel me to do that with date of donation etc i dont have any conformation receipt cuz i didint arrived to my mail,i called to amercican express and it was a succesful trasaction so u have my money,alredy tried all sttuf you tell me,carl u told me to chek the inquiries and get the help button and now it changed the website i cantt see wuts happening,tx im desesperated now cuz its going to be one week....

 

Having conformation receipts would be rather useful here tbh. But try PMing a Senior AM++ it may see the issue get dealt with quicker ^_^ But, best of luck getting your credits.
