ABG shoes Missing...

Hello my name is Kryptonik (ingame) and i buyed today for 2k credits Abg leather shoes
i take them on and tooked my old shoes off... ( 50 shoes)
i exchanted the 50 shoes But I had a lagg and the shoes were Disenchantment (abg´s)
I looked at my Equip and saw the 50 shoes and the abgs was missing... pls can u look at database i buyed them and no bdy exchant his abg shoes with intention... pls can u give them back i donated 150€ + pls can u help me.

Oh u mean u extracted it by mistake? Because of Lag spike? Well do u happen to have any chat.log proof or screenshot that u have it? It would be much easier for AMs to help you that way. U can open chat.log in ur aion directory and press ctrl+F and type Archon Brigade General's Leather shoes and find the part where it recorded that you extracted it/destroyed it using Extraction tools.

To my understanding what you're saying is you accidentally disenchanted your ABG boots instead of level 50 boots.

Unfortunately server lag does not cause this which means it would have been client lag however disenchantment also gives a warning screen before allowing you to DE so you would have hit to hit OK on that.

We do not refund for players making bad decisions.
