Items gone .... a GM take a look need help

Ok .. i am making Print screen almost every day because i heard that some item dissapera .. so i want to have a proof of my items if they are gone ... so this crap thappen to me like 20min ago http://img840.imageshack.us/i/aion0027p.jpg/ //first picture with what i had .... http://img9.imageshack.us/i/aion0028ez.jpg/ second with all gone ....http://img191.imageshack.us/i/aion0031jd.jpg/ this is WH Clean .... and another pic with WH http://img32.imageshack.us/i/aion0032p.jpg/ so some people don t say that i hide them somewhere .... those 500pot i bought them with ap .. All i want are those 2 pc's of tribunus that i vote for them is CRAP to just dissapear the Hole inventory and again .. i didn t sell them because in some pic i have 450m and on last i have 1.2b .... to stupid to sell them with 400 300m each ... the money i have from selling abyss lvl 30 belt and potions Thanks and i hope i will get back what i 've had

Look carefully in the pictures you certainly scrolled down.

 

I lost 2 tribunus items sending into the game mail, but got donation proof so they probly will fix it.

Once it happened something weird, when i put the weapon into inventory ( unequip) the weapon disapeared from nowhere, vanished probly it overlayed another item and lost. same for abyss lvl 30 gear some have been disappearing.

 

my problem is all what i've had in my inventory is gone ... something hard to believe .i really don t care about some potions .. and others craps only those 2tribunus pc's

 

i will post again so this thread go Up and maybe a GM will see him ..

 

Since u have proof that u had the tribunus probably they will be replace but just the 2 persons that can do it is Kari and/or Carl so pm them in forums.

why are you saying even inventory was wiped? Not true according to YOUR pics, you scrolled down in the 'empty' WH screenshot...but it still shows you have 23/72 items in WH in that pic.

 

take a look again i've made 2 print screen on my HOlE WH .. i've made 2 print screen of wh because i couldn t catch all wh in 1 print screen you will see in one picture . some enchaments stone and potions and i 've scrool down so you can see that i didn t put item in WH so those 23 items are Enchaments stone 1 wing .... potions and another thing my Wh is expanded
