OK whats up with MCD/MCK weapons

    I don't get it..most of my friends can't transfer the MCK/MCD weapons and they DO have the new items.pak (thos xml files) and a few of em can transfer them without vip.
    so what confuses me...CAN IT BE TRANSFERED WITHOUT VIP? AND IF YES THEN HOW!!!!!!11111111111111111111111111oneoneoneeleven (capsragekthxbaisirmam)

    It can be done Am not vip or even premium. I just downloaded that item.pak and put it in the all countries folders . Am not in my home now or Am gonna upload my item.pak and link it .. Good luck

    Is it just weapons or also accessories? I can't trade my MCD Prolix Veil...but I wasn't sure if it's suppose to be like that.
