i was watching the video and he have all eye on

I reported someone once for hacking and after watching the video, I had to take back my report because he did use all-seeing eye.

The problem was that the skill effect was almost finished and it was hard to see just like on this video.

I had to actually slow down the video to see what you're saying but you're right, he did have all-seeing eye on him, it had less than a second left when he popped up on that player.

 

We're looking into this now.

First of all, every action that involves any punishment its documented and loged.
Second, AMs are still humans, thats why we got a Ban Appeal section.
Third, i watched the vid 5 times before any action.
And four, you are right, if i download the video and look frame by frame i see Eye for 0,1 secs.... (yeah, i know, i should see it, 0,1 secs its a lot of time)

He can of course make a Ban Appeal and a Senior or Head AM will review it.

I also want to let you know that forum rules state that the correct way to discuss AMs actions is Ban Appeals and private messages, not public forums.

You are infact quite right although in all fairness the icon is there for less than a second, it's quite an easy thing to miss.

While we are appreciative of the community's vigilance in these matters it's worth noting that AMs are indeed quite human and make mistakes, regularly infact as humans do. Why I even reversed one of my own bans today (God knows that never happens what with me being a jerk and all that) after a player requested closer examination of the evidence involved.

I have reversed the ban in question, we're always open to constructive criticism here at Gamez assuming it's done in the right way =)
