My Account Can't Choose Chars...

    Hi all, i want to ask something.
    I have a account, then after login the game, i cannot choose my chars...
    There appear the window message in the center of the screen...

    Please help me, why this can be happen?
    This is my old account,
    I have 2 races in my account, is this caused me can't choose a char and begin the game?

    also it says you have to stay on one side just ignore that
    everytime you load aion that message will appear just type in ok and press ok everytime it appears
    dont have to delete anything

    i just type "OK" in the window then click OK, and the problem was solved now, hhe...

    sorry, i was affraid that i can't use that account anymore... :)
