Did not receive my credits.

Hello,

I made a donation this weekend through "Click&Buy" and the money has been taken from my bank account.
However i have still not received my credits.
I asked Vildii ingame what the ETA is on this payment method and he told me 1 hour max after the money has been transfered from my bank.
I told him it has been like an hour or 8 ago and he told me to post it.
So hereby my post.

Can this be taken care of please?

Not to put a stick between u guy's and your credit's but people can realy easy expliot/scam/lie details on click&buy. i hope your payment is for real, click and buy was being used in another mmo i used to play and people got free credits in a sense.

Well actualy my payment is for real, and i don't care if Alwaysthirsty's is or not(no offense).
I just wanna see my credits.
What i don't understand, is that it takes 10+ hours to reply on a mail :s
Why do i have to go and do stuff like sending e-mails with payment information because gamezaion doesn't trust this payment method? Why do you accept these methods than?
I have to go to work now, if there hasnt been done anything before i come back i will cancel the order.
No hard feeling but i on't think this is the right way to treat your loyal players

Order has been canceled, i have taken back the money that was taken from my bank account. This is a very sad matter Gamez! You just lost a good donation by not trusting your own payment methods. This thread can be closed now.
