    are you using this Item.pak, if not try it. VIP should allow you to trade pvp stuffs but for normal items you can use that item.pak to make it tradeable/storable.

    Depends on the items. Tac/NHDE/Masta sets/weapons are tradeable without VIP. You need VIP for ABGs and MCDs.

    accessories from DP cant be traded even with modified item.pak, unless u have VIP account
