pets are bugged at moment . They do work on retail but is nothing useful at all, Depending on your level you either get bronze coins, silver coins, gold coins platinum coins and mythril coins is useless. You need to keep Snuggling pet to fill the emotion bar till he gets the gift icon, there you double click and get 2 coins which is idiotic waiting an hour for 2 coins only lol.

Sauuron just said pets are bugged, means not working. which explains teh problem you haz.
