"The protector of Nepra" quest problem

I can't complete the quest "The protector of Nepra".
Quest hung on step : " spy on the mist mane mau at the altar of black dragon"

I running across of altar of black dragon and nothing happening...

Please help. Character name - Zaann

 

you have to actually walk, not fly, from the gate to the south of the black dragon area, up the hill a little ways

 

I'm not flying, I walking... and nothing!!!

So I can't copmplete other quest "Destroying the curse" becouse a not have a "cursed necklace", so i can't throw it into lava...

 

hmm, should work, and you should have received the cursed necklace.... might have something to do with the quest items bugging out. maybe send an in-game mail to a GM when you see one online.

I have the same issue with the Nepra quest, but Destroying the Curse works. You have to be standing in a very specific spot in order for the necklace to work.

 

which spot r u referring to? cud you provide ss?

Edit: Here's where you're supposed to stand to use the necklace.


There should be a Veteran Krall Sentinel standing in front of where you're supposed to be. Or possibly a dead one... I killed it out of boredom. D:

 

just walk around and keep right and left clicking on the necklace untill it starts to load

k i m still having problem with the nepra quest my friend did it without walking around
and i killed every1 in the altar and still i didnt scout it can some1 help plz
