It is not, currently stumble rate is based soley on chance from crit. Accuracy has nothing to do with stumble. You can have 500 or 3k accuracy. If you crit, there's a 30% chance you'll kd.

On Topic:
A full ABG Glad can socket full crit and kill you lying down. full crit manastones on armors and weapon goes about 700+ with additional crit on weapon and gears stats + crit food + crit scroll goes about 900+ then minus the opponents strike resist about 350 on ABG gears, lol... Glad still owns base Accuracy at 2.1k.

 

when i still played my glad, I had 1.2k+ Crit with full crit build/scroll....was critting like 9/10 hits...stumble heaven lol.

 

yeap u are right, and the only way to reduce that is with UD, remove shock buff, strike resist(reduce their crit chance) or theo lab accessory(the one with 250 stumble resist). Accuracy have NOTHING to do with the KD rate.

actually you are somewhat right, you cannot crit if you miss... so accuracy has something to do and Crit strike is the chance you will strike critical to your opponent.

I dont know man thats weird,because i dueled a friend with my templar,i was using master carved gear,full hp socketed. My block without any hp stones is 2600 and i could block a decent 35% of his attacks,then we tried with my block set and i could block 50% or more of his attacks. Maybe you have just dueled the wrong glads? Cause if they got accuracy over 2700 then dont expect to block as much..
