How come I cant create a asmo!

I created a asmo few day ago after deleting one of my character! Now i cant! WHY

 

What message do you get?
You can't create any more characters cause it says u got too many already or can't create cause you have an elyos?
Make sure the amount of characters you have in both siel and lumiel don't exceed 8 , also try restarting your client.
Now if it's the elyos one... i suggest you try to repair your client through the ncsoft lanucher and downgrade it again by following razor's downgrading guide. Because some people are having this issue and some others not , i personally have a 2.5.0.3 client and i can create characters from both races.

He probably deleted his last asmo char, and now has only elyos. Too bad, "broh".

 

Meh , i created an elyos a few days ago , i had just an asmo sorc on the account , how come?
I'm sure it's a client problem..

Or , the new accounts that have been created after the 2.5 or the new emulator , are bugged.
(Like in lumiel , the new accounts or characters get all the stigmas , like in Gamez.)
