    same problem here....i have done the "A Suspisious Call " . Went back to to black clouds to take "Smack the Shulak" but the NPC gives nothing now.. I know it was working before... and for some reason i have the feeling that this quest also removed.. so we wont be able to get the hat...

    Well.. i guess another item will be added to "Special Shop " :sad:
