Remodeled Anuhart chest gone!

Hello I logged off my character for some time and when I logged back in, I see my character in the game (character selection btw) and she has full Anuhart on her. Then when I login the chest is no longer remodeled to Ice Black

The rest of the armor is, but the chest is just GONE. I have two gladiators fortunately, and gave the Iceblack remodeled Anuhart from my char to the other, cuz I tend to use her the most. (Characters are Shylia and Lothia)

But it isn't there anymore.

I bet staff members will be like "WE DUN CAER WE R TOO BUSY DEELING WITH SMUUL ISSUESSES!" and won't give me back my Remodeled Anuhart chest. I plead to you, give me back my Remodeled Ice Black Anuhart Plate Gladiator Chest, and I will have a happy squishy face.

In situations like these, it's best to have screenshots to prove you had the item/remodeled item. That sucks though... =/

You obviously need a pic of yr item before you lost it to prove. I am sorry for the lost but no i wont take that bet.
Edit: that's why whenever i have a new tem/trading I always press printscreen

 

As far as I know remodeled items revert to their original form when traded. Not sure if this is applicable to trading via account warehouse though.

 

Close this thread, I got it fixed. I have the chest back now.
