The 55 gear can be purchased in Cloister of (i forget) [Reached from Pandaemonium]... Purchasable with AP, about 120k-150k AP per piece

are u talking about the teleporter to the left when u enter pandae? cause if so, the 55 gear needs platinum medals which are unobtainable

 

you can buy the 55 green gear without medals

 

Is there a better level of stone to use to get +15? with a higher sucess rate?
