unstuck already

my friend was unstuck yesterday from having too many mails, the question is when he got online. all messages was delete including those crafting ingredients and some weapon. but when he logs in at website. the items are their.. any1 knows what is happening?

 

With Screenshots/video, report it to AM++ they should be able to fix it, a few people I know lost items through mail.
