Any screen shots showing that you even had any gear to begin with? Yeah, you're a 2-star. But you could have just moved your gear to storage, or another character, or account. In order to reclaim lost gear you need sufficient evidence that you had said gear in the first place.

You have to be literally stupid to lose items to a "hacker" (Which either placed a keylogger in your PC = You're an idiot, or guessed your password = You're an even bigger idiot, or you told you ID/Password to someone = You're an idiot bigger than Earth).

You can decide now, I don't think Gamez should be responsible for this kind of BS, you could just have traded your items, and now want them back.
