Your account information cannot be pulled out of thin air by a hacker.
These are the possibilities:
-You told SOMEONE about your password
-You told someone about your info/pass for something ELSE that happens to be the same info for gamez, and they guessed it.
-You downloaded a "hack" for this private server which ended up being a keylogger
-You tried to log in on one of the fake gamez sites that "allows you to exploit the vote system" - also known as a phishing site

As you can see, unfortunately they all start with "You" which is why we have our policy that your account is your responsibility.

explaining your situation respectfully and showing full proof of having the abg set & acc and the after part of having them dissapear
including screen shots of all your character's inventory's,warehouse & account warehouse
This is a 50/50 chance of you getting your item's back since you are responsible for your own gamez account and most likely you have slipped your password out to someone or have came across a scamming website and gave your information out
in the mean time i suggest you to change your password
