    They can't just spawn the item before checking if there is a player named "none" because for all we know, someone could have received the item by accident and that item needs to be taken away from "none" before it can be restored to it's actual owner.

    I'm sure he will get his item back, he just needs to be a little patient and let one of the GMs help him out.

    Although GMs have already seen this thread, you should still report it on here

    If I'm not mistaken, only SAMs can restore the item.
