Stats question - sorc

hi, i was wondering if any1 knew whether theres a cap for sorc magic boost like there is a cap for assassin crit rate. i know my sorc does crazy enough dmg and am wondering if i should put hp stones in my new armor instead of mb

also does any1 know if the "+10% pvp attack" on archon brigade generals jewel boosts skill damage too? or just the useless autoattack. if its the first id consider it otherwise its totally not worth getting. thx

On this server I do not believe there is one. Not 100% sure, but I haven't noticed one.

And +PvP damage work's on spell's. Refer to my teeny sig.
