my character still stuck at heiron, its been 10hrs from now.......................so its a boring. i didnt do anything but why when i log in i got this massage "failed to connect to the game server"
can anyone help me somehow............you can found my character near jeiaparan village lying

i think whit your client or launcher have any problem use the ncsoft launcher and repair .

 

well.... you can go on the website and request a player unstuck request or make a thread on the forums asking for one.

Shit happens when you party naked.

But on topic. You should totes submit a player stuck report, and give it a day or two. That should do the magic.

Submit an unstuck request at your User CP on the Gamezaion webpage. You will be unstuck next restart.

 

it all depends when the server needs a restart but yes it could take up to 2 days maybe more but just be patient for a server restart until then fill out an unstuck request and dont get on ur character until the restart

well if youve been trying to log into the character the unstuck request cancels itself so dont log into it at all until server is restarted ^^
