No skill sounds

    Since i've started playing here i have no skill sounds, everything is on and maxed.
    Also ambient, music, craft, wh etc. sounds plays properly.
    Tried to repair client... dunno what to do :annoyed:

    the sound works in most everything, just the sound of skills that is not heard? is it?

    hm.. WEIRD. presumably when he noticed that the client resolved! D=

    when i turned my graphics to max i couldnt hear anything too o.o
    it's a long shot but try to lower it a bit if your gfx card isnt powerful

    well, this usually happens when the client is improperly installed on the computer
    .. so if you repair the client.. I think there's much more to do ..
    Perhaps it has to do with your sound card.
    ( I think it has nothing to do with one ".pak" )

    on events i use "fixed fps" and graphics card shouldn't be a problem :(

    @EDIT

    i played with this PC conf on off and everything was just fine, then clean instal and Crystal Aion...

    check these directories
    C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion\Sounds\attack
    C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion\Sounds\effect

    check if you have a file there..

    there is this option that did this to my client once. Wait lemme get in-game to check it...

    check ur sound options>Tick: Turn on Skill Cast Sound.

    try this: Option - Graphics Option - Display Effects for (select ALL) then follow what JC wrote
    Apply then OK

    check if the sounds are in aion folder too if they aren't you have to reinstall aion or to copy they from another aion player anyway if u have windows 7 maybe the problem is from there :
