Im Sorcerer lvl 55 Asmo from Lumiel Kiouka i made balanced build with manastones hp/m.accuracy here is no point to make m.resist builds just cz its only usefull vs magic classes and u need a hugh ammount to can resist spells and if u found a sorc with SoF so you can get better m.accuracy and hp, if u get abyss jewelry + weapon no need m.boost manastones about stigmas i can suggest you this one:

Curse of Roots I: usefull CC with low cast time and cd

Vaizel's Wisdom I: 25% casting speed low cd its a must

Curse of Weakness III: make 1.2k dmg to a cursed player each time he use a magical skill for 1 minute usefull to all magical classes 5 mins cd

Wind Cut Down V: good dmg good cast time and give bleed debuff also short cd

Exchange Vitality I: change ur current hp for ur current mp, trust me saves lifes xD

Summon Whirlwind II: summons twisters and make dmg and stun ppl around so usefull like an Ice Sheet also instant and 2 mins cd

Illusion I: remove 1 debuff and make u evade next 3 physical skills usefull vs glads, temps, chanters, rangers, sins, you can use and CC him

Illusion Storm IV: instant aoe stun to 6 ppl in 10 m from you for 4 secs

Sleeping storm I: aoe sleep 1 sec cast time great skill

Elemental Ward I: give +300 m.resist and +300 all element def 1 min make u can resist or get less dmg from magical classes

Wintry armor I: reflect 1k dmg to all attackers in 5 m from you also decrease movement and attack speed (with this melee classses suicide xD)

many ppl say this build no work so fine cz all skills have hughe cd's but if you can share skill with cd's u will be fine i mean dont use all your stuff only for 1 enemy
