Problem - Missing Items

I just logged onto my templar, Ignatius (Lumiel), i have been playing my sorc (Nyfelyn) lately, and i found
that SEVERAL of his items are simply gone without a trace, no one has my account information but me, the
items have dissapeared. After finding that, i went through the rest of my characters and found that i am
also missing my ranger's bow (Laraki, Lumiel).

I am missing from Ignatius:

2x ABG Crit Earrings

1x Archon Primus Pilus Leather Belt

1x +15 ABG Shield (Crit Slotted) Remodelled to Yamennes Shield
(donated 40 dollars to make this shield -.-; )

1x +15 Master Carved Drenium Greatsword combined with ABG Greatsword remodelled to Kaisenel's Blessed
Greatsword (with a 1% 1880 damage godstone) (donated 60 dollars to make this greatsword -.-; )

I am missing from Laraki:

1x +15 Enraged Mastarius Bow combined with lv 50 Archon Tribunus's bow (with a paralyze godstone)
remodelled to lvl 30 Daeva set bow


i have SEVERAL screenshots of ALL these items and the screenshots of them missing now. and anyone who
knows my templar knows he's a full abg templar with two fully functioning sets of gear -.-; a full MR and
a full attack/crit set -.-; Also its prety well known my assassin Opportunity is full abg and he shares
the earrings/belt/rings with my templar...


Screenshots (the screen shots have annotations describing what they are, some of them are more pertinent

1. This screenshot simply shows my greatsword's skin, at the time i was messing around with the console
command that lets you scale weapon size up.. so it does a good job of showing that the skin is Kaisenel's
Blessed (why am i fretting about the skin on my greatsword? because i paid 20 bucks for it...) :

15.IMPORTANT - This screenshot shows my templar as it is now, with all tabs open, missing earrings and belt,
and greatsword, highlighted is the quick key on my skill bar that USED to be what i used to swap between
my missing greatsword and my second greatsword, it now shows a blank MCD Greatsword because my actual
greatsword is no longer in my inventory, it is missing, this also shows my second shield missing from my
inventory:

and two sets of gear, which i switched out depending on if i needed MR or Defense and Damage, it also
shows that my shield/greatsword/earrings/belt are missing:

Any Help the staff can give me in resolving this issue is IMMENSELY appreciated, the loss of these items represents the loss of a great deal of time and effort for me, and i would be very grateful to have this fixed. Also; I have tried to lay this post and my proof out to make it as easy as possible for the person who reviews it, searching through 2000 screenshots to find these was not easy but, if more proof is needed, let me know, i have more proof - though i must say i think this should be proof enough. And i apologize for the inconvenience this represents the staff - its a huge inconvenience for me as well, if your sick of seeing threads from me about bugs or issues with the game, trust me, i am to.

Bump - Any update from an AM/GM on the status of this would be appreciated, ty.

Oh yea, as an added piece of proof, i have not had VIP on my account for i believe, around 2 months now, and i have plenty of proof of my templar pvping and so forth with his full set of gear in that time, videos, screenshots. So there is absolutely no way these items could have been traded off my account. If necessary i will search for proof of this, though at the time being all i can say is that you can look at my account and see that it doesnt have VIP now, and it should be easier for the staff to check when i last had VIP than it is for me to do so.

 

Also if any of the AM's/GM's can spare the time to talk to me in game about the issue you can find me on Nyfelyn or Ignatius (both on Lumiel)
