Failed to connect to the game server

Hello, i am facing this problem the last two days, when i try to login it pops those two messages. I have the latest game version, and i was playing without any problem so far. Can a gm please look at my problem? Thanks a lot in advance.

Ehm I got the same problem when I get disconnected by something. You are still loged in the server. Just start the client after that message again and you will be able to connect. Or can you completely not connect the whole two days?

 

Tried to login a lot of times before but it doesn't allow me, two consecutive fruitless days, i deleted my client and re-downloaded and nothing changed

Character name is Ntaniela, i think she is stucked cause my client crashed two days before

 

Did you downgrade your client? The Gamez Version is 2.5.0.3 and not the retail version.

 

Yeah did all the steps as mentioned in the guides here, and was playing fine, i managed to log to my friends account too, i just can't log into mine

id suggest to delete the bin32 folder and repair
however since you said you could login to your friend's accounts through your client it shouldn't be your client's problem
