always disconnected :(

    as the title says, i always get disconnected from the server whenever i logged in(approxiamtely 10mins to 30mins), characters stops moving then tadah! im disconnected.. can somebody tell me why? can you check on me aphelia elyos, please i hate it when im hunting really, it makes me mad.. :(
