NCSoft Problem.

So i was able to get the game to work but when my girlfriend downloaded the launcher, for some reason it won't open for her. It just sits there and does nothing. We have tried restarting and redownloading. We have also used advanced system care to try and clean up her computer and still no luck. Was wondering if anyone might be able to help with this problem.

 

So was wondering has no one found a reason why it would be doing this? COuld really use some help with this please let me know.

 

ok so my game is doing the same thing man i downloaded to the 2.6 and it say to update my client but i already did so im just like wtf if anyone have a clue to help me also lol

 

gamez aion supports version 2.5 not 2.6 yet so youll have to downgrade to 2.5.0.3

ok so it say to replace the 2.5.0.4 into the 2.5.0.3 that whats she say but doesnt tell u how to replace it so can u help me ??

i think i posted a wrong one.. i suggest you look for threads about downgrade to 2.5.0.3, yeah i messed up my post sorry.

 

What do you mean by "Just sits there and does nothing" ? Does the Launcher freeze? (And to be sure , you're talking about the gamezaion launcher , not the ncsoft launcher , right?)

I'm a little confused. Your game works , but your girlfriend's game does not open because the launcher "does nothing" ? If she gets an error or something , a screenshot would really help.

ok so i upgraded my retail lancher to the 2.6 and wont let me go back for some reason i guess i have to reinstall the whole aion??
