Cant loot Sartemon the Insane

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and I'm getting really annoyed with it. I kill Sartermon the Insane (# 211712) solo and it won't let me loot him.

 

i dont get it...ure head gm and u qq on forum cuz u cant loot a boss?.... why dont u speak with devs?

 

Because, unlike many people on these forums she is using this section of the forums the right way. The dev checks the bug section for fixes. So when you come across a bug you post it in the bug section, she is simply making good use of the system.

I think it is not a bug.. Maybe it didn't drop ?? As i see no blue smoke on the dead corpse right ?
Or maybe id didn't drop because you are 15 levels above him :?

 

Hmm I too experienced it, I relogged and i can loot again.

@Ash: That boss is the only one u cant loot or all of the mobs that surrounds it?

 

I killed the other two and i can loot them just fine. He's the only one I cant and I cant figure out why.

I only pm evilset with things I consider to be priority. While this is annoying to me it's not a huge problem so it's posted here b/c evilset does check this forum.

If there was blue smoke I'd have been able to loot. Players can loot any level b/c there is no level restrictions on looting.
