    is it available here in gamez? Challenging the 1 star officer and above , yes i completed the quest from rank 10-1 . but i didnt see the NPC that gives the quest T_T help please!

    well, i finished this quest long time ago........I dont know now. But I think u talk to wrong guy ! Try to talk with npc around there!

    talk to the Governor in Primum. for the officers quest and the generals-quest is he the NPC to talk to .
