    Gladiator 3kDP's requirement changed to 2000DP


    Templar
    DP Heal requirement changed to 2000DP


    Sin
    Apply poison/LvL 45 Adv Stigma Explosive Apply poison or whatever = all have decreased recharge to 10 seconds.
    blinding screen (whatever that stigma was named) recharge reduced from 10 min to 3 min
    Quickening Doom recharge down to 1 min
    Dash Attack and Ambush no longer share the recharge. In other words you can chain this.
    3kDP instahide requirement down to 2000DP


    Ranger
    Seizure Arrow message fixed
    Destruction Trap requirement down to 2000DP
    Call Gryphu's slow effect lasts 3 seconds


    Sorc
    3kDP requirement down to 2000DP


    SMD
    Armor Spirit recharge down to 1 min
    3kDP requirement down to 2000DP


    Cleric
    Slashing/Punishing Wind and Hallowed Strike no longer share recharge
    Divine Spark range increased from 15m to 25m

    Overall lower cooldowns = less waiting / less running for cds = more PvP, very nice =)
