i lost abg jerkin glove. i extracted the glove.i tried to cancel extracting, i couldn't stop it. because my internet ping was from 500 to 800. i clicked the buttion "cancel", the extracting was already finished.even if i tried to stop it, i faied to stop it.i understood that i shouldn't have misclicked it. but if the conditoin of server was good, i could cancel it.i don't want to refund credits or money. i just want to replace enchantment stone to my abg glove.there is nobody who wanna extract abg items.  i donated nearly 200 dollars in this game.I need a help and you have responsiblity to help me because i donated you. i want to continue this game. actually, in regualr server, when i had this problem, they refunded the item.it's true. i'm korean user. i already played this game in Korea. and i had a same situation and recovered my item. I taged the proof. i took a screen shot. i already sent you a email with a photo. id:hyuncheolcharcter name:hyuncheol
