Templar's Shieldburst I

No you can't. My ranger always gets shieldbursted with FE up. not only does it remove my fe but it also goes right through it. Also why do people say you dodge the knockdown Oo i get on my ass + i get damaged even if i have FE up

 

No idea, I found nothing on retail forums about the unerring skills with effects.

 

ah..another rant without proof. With just words, I would like to say that I 1 shotted a sin in full egt with sure strike using nezeken and berserker. I ca't even 1 shot ppl in full egt with my templar. Keep in mind, I have no PvP dmg addition on my glad..and I only have 2 pvp accessories on my templar.

all assassins skills says stun tager.. not chance to stun.. but it macc based...
so sb is macc based too

And it can't evade shieldburst as well..

 

KD effect is physical. it's not MA base unlike some of sin stun effect

 

thats how it SHOULD work in retail... but on gamez every physc skill debuff is now macc based

including the skill from assassins that removes 200 mres and was created to make assassin do not stak macc in their set ..
is now maccbased... so assassins need to use macc to save macc ridiculous xD

Nope, KD, KB and Spin are not affected by MR.
