Client doesn't start at all

Hi I'm new here and unfortunetly I've got a problem with the game client.
I tried everything I could but the game just wont start at all. I had it work on my machine a while ago but stopped with aion and now I found back to it and this client nor the normal client wont start. It shows the aion logo and then: nothing. It isn't even in the system like one game that certainly does not work on my computer(but still showed up in the task manager^^).
I followed the instructions and well...there I am now with my problem I used the search function and no post helped me.
Oh and I forgot I have vista.

 

*Bump* because I also tried to reinstall the whole thing, reboot, reinstall the launcher and all and repaired and still nothing worked. When I try out another bin32 folder it shows ncsoft and has initialization error.

 

did u remove old ncsoft and download new one with auto updates turned off north amer. and english checked then update it takes quite some time. then close and install gamez launcher and patch!

 

What you mean with old ncsoft? I installed a new ncsoft launcher to reinstall everything and ofcause I turned off the auto update and yep north america too as well as english and there's my problem. Not even normal Aion starts..could the launcher be the problem?

 

u let ncsoft do full 1.9 update?

 

Well..it downloads 1.9 anyways in the beginning...could that be the prolem?

 

it has to totally download update and say ready to play. u should have no other aion folders or ncsoft verisons in your program files . when it says play now close it and then do what gamezaion says do!

 

Ok reinstalled everything and still have the same problem. Aion Logo or something shows up for less than one second and vanishes without any error and no game starts.

 

u are doing something wrong! after ncsoft has updated u close then get gamez launcher and patch installed and when done click launcher this should work if u did all this check your firewall to make sure windows defender or something is not blocking server

 

I did turn off firewall and so on. Actually it shouldnt be a problem cause Aion once DID work...strange thing when I get another bin32 from someone it lets me see NCsoft-Logo and then shows error. I did let it patch shuted down the launcher and then installed patch..nothing worked.
