My Quest bug and just do not know what to do to fix.

It is the quest for lvl 46 Theobomos,
When I was doing it accidentally fell from above and can not fly, so there I died and went to talk to Josnack again and this appeared:

But the order is different, talk atropos what is written in journal, but when I go to speak to atropos appears the following:

But in the end do not let me continue the quest.

Obs.: Sorry if posted in the wrong area, a aion master told me to post the Official Bug Report, but I noticed the information about the bugs and do not look much like my case, so I was doubtful and posted in this area.

If my English seem a bit confusing to forgive me >.< my english is really bad.

 

It would be sooner fixed if you post it in the bugs section, But it seems you may need to ask an AM very nicely if he/she can reset that quest for you in order for you to complete it
