Cant Skin ?

Is there any known bug about skinning items ?

i have been able to skin my abg headband before to any helm
but now its says they are diff and cant be skinned.
both are "head" and not cloth chain plate

i want abg headband in to divinghelm

i have skinned it before to diving.


its the same thing with shield. cant skin abg shield in to snowflake skin.
if there is already a thread pls link it, cus i could not find

 

Uhm, got same problem, but I guess its my items pak eroor

 

i found out the problem. my problem was i had skin my abg headband to Princess crown so it said "Female only"

so i first bought pattern reshaper and removed the skin making it original skin.
and after that i could skin my headband.
