"You cannot access the game through this IP. (22)"???? but no reason in Ban System?

    hi GA staff..this message "You cannot access the game through this IP. (22)" appears when i log in my account or the account of my GF..but when i checked in my UserCP..it doesnt appear in ur Ban System the details why my IP or our accounts banned or suspended..

    :sad::sad::sad: plz help me...
