Hellow.. got a problem in Voting Credits

    I always vote everyday.. but when i check my credits the credits it isnt increasing.. the problem start when my Credit is already 6650... then I vote for 2 week without checking the credit i vote.. but when i check the credit i vote didnt add up.. what happen to my account?.. is there any ADMIN can help me to regain my credits miss..?

    happens to me also my vote doesn't add up to my credit, almost 3 days worth of vote's wasted

    .. this is the worst problem here...2 weeks + today and yesterday i always vote but the credit i vote did'nt add up... is there any admin that can help us here???..
    I wish they can help..

    If you want an admin to help you regain your credits, they will insist on proof that you did actually vote each day (screenshots/videos) as well as proof you didnt spend it (screenshot of your shop history) otherwise I think its rather unlikly you will be reinbursed :/

    Just a little idea, but try making a new character, get it to level 20+ and try voting with that character name :) It may be that your current characters vote ability has been bugged. (remember to make proof while you do it :D)

    experienced this too. 4 days worth of vote wasted and i'm not hoping the admin would give me those missing credits. ^^,

    good luck though.

    by the way, my friend also experienced this and what he did is he bought something on the item shop and presto... credits are going up again after voting.

    probably from the proxy you guys using.. try lvleng your alt chars for multi voting so that you can recieve your credits. i encountered this problem i while ago. so i made an experiment and it worx

    1.You dont have to select server when you vote,its 1 account so doesnt matter if you play on siel or lumiel.
    2.I am voteing from my home and i never had any problems with reciveing vote points.maybe you share ip with someone or you voteing in I-caffe.
