ID or Password doesn't match (2)

Hi all.

I get this error on a loggin' screen In Game. I can connect with the same account on the website.
I have 2.5.0.5 NA and use the GamezAion Launcher.
I've tried to change the language to English ( Yeah i'm a french guy ) but still the same problem.
I've tried to change my password but never received mail on the both way (ControlPanel & Forum link )
I've tried also to create a new account, same problem.
Anyone got an idea please ?

 

Its not about your pasword,i had the same problem like you last year when i joined in gamez.you have to browse your gamez bin 32 in nc soft louncherand update gamez client but after that you will have to downgrade to 2.5.0.3or.4,forgive me if i'm wrong,was long time ago.

 

are sure u log in on Gamezaion launcher? not on NCSOFT launcher...

I launched Aion with the GamezAion Launcher and have the problem.
I tried to the do the guide, this time like it is wrote, i launch Aion with the .bat

I'm not an idiot >.< Play several times on other private server without problems !
This time i don't get it, i tried everything

I forget to say i have 7 64 Bits Pro. But i test the 2 .bat on the last post with the same result FAIL xD

 

Notice your Caps Lock button, username and password are case-sensitive.

 

Only the password is case-sensitive

But i tried also all the combinaison with the capslock to be sure, i created an other account to test it out but still the error

 

After you made the new user, did you try to login the site with it?

 

Yes, and i can connect it's working.
But i use the same password for the secound account, maybe ?

I have read in my research that few people gets problem with a password with more of 12 characters. But mine got 10, i don't know if it's the problem.

And it is impossible to change password for me, i don't receive mail in the both way ( Control Panel and Forum link in Signature people ) so i can't test it out

 

If you can connect to the GamezAion website with no problem, there shouldn't be any problem with your client, it's possible that you're using a wrong launcher, in any case, try this launcher, that's what i'm using.

Ahhhhh I solve the problem

The password ! I don't understand why but i finally arrive to change my password on my second account, and i am able to log in
I typed the good password so there is a problem with the lenght of the password, strange :S
