No npc

Spawn please npc Rubelic in Beluslan.
He's dead or i dont know what.

 

I searched for that in Aiondatabase , are you sure the name is Rubelic? I'm sure you misspelled it.

EDIT: Found him , it's Rubelik. Try searching for that one , if it doesn't exists , tell me and i'll see if i can get someone to spawn him.

Hmm... some NPCs are bugged (Their Bodies are Invisible).
If after typing /where Rubelik he appears as an X in the minimap , means he's there but invisible and you need to use /select Rubelik and press C. If he appears as a small purple dot in the minimap , he's not there and we need to spawn him. I'll get a GM to check it once they get some free time.

ps: Remember , i said minimap. On the Map (M) , he will always appear as an X , his location will i mean.
