    wouldnt that be awesome when on a fight suddenly the color of ur armor fades?

    Since when did petals fade on retail? I've dyed my templars armor with omblic, and it never faded.

    Petals usually dont have "rich" color effects.
    That is to say, for example an "Omblic Petal" which dyes an armor red, will give you a light red most of the time, where as a "True Red Dye" will give you a more crimson red.

    A dye's effects are permanent. You can, however, remove an item's dye by purchasing a dye remover item from your main city's fashion boutique. It is not necessary to remove an item's dye color if you wish to dye it a different color.

    You may dye an item an indefinite amount of times.
