Log In Failure

I'm new to this game, I've never played Aion before in my life, and I was thinking about trying it out for a change, I've played too much World Of Warcraft, so, I wanted to try something new. It took me nearly two days to completely download this entire game on NCSoft Launcher. When I finally did it, I also downloaded the GamezAion Launcher, and then logged in with my registered account. It was going through everything nicely, everything seemed to work just fine, until I got to the Server Selection screen. It suggested the Eastern Server for me, but I just hit cancel because I like to choose for myself. When I chose one, I went down to the bottom to click "Select Server". When I did that, nothing happened. It seemed that the interface froze, but everything in the background seemed to work just fine. The music was still playing, and the animations of feathers (or something) were still floating in the background. I exited the game, and retried it many times, but still the same results occurred. I have no idea why its doing that, I just want to play this game, can anyone help me out?

 

Retail AION is at 2.6 the client you downloaded and installed are 2.6 so downgrade to 2.5 since GamezAion is at 2.5.
